2. Astrology Consultations (Chat / Call / Video / Reports)
a. Cancellation by User
Consultations can be cancelled before the session starts.
If cancelled in advance, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method or wallet balance (as applicable).
Once the consultation has started, no cancellation or refund will be allowed.
b. Delay or Non-Availability of Astrologer
If an astrologer is unavailable, delayed, or fails to deliver the consultation, users are eligible for:
Full refund, or
Option to reschedule the session
c. Unsatisfactory Service
Astrology is a subjective and interpretative service.
Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with predictions or advice provided.
However, if there is a technical issue (call drop, chat interruption, or incomplete session), a partial or full refund may be considered after review.
d. Missed Appointments
If the user fails to attend or respond at the scheduled time, the session will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.
3. Digital Services (Reports, Pujas, Remedies, etc.)
Once a digital service (e.g., astrology report, puja booking, mantra jaap) is initiated or delivered, it is non-refundable.
If the service has not yet been started, cancellation requests may be considered.
In case of failure to deliver the service, a full refund will be issued.

a. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
